We instructed JK Property Consultants LLP as an Expert Witness to present our case to Court following a long and unsuccessful negotiation with the tenant and its agent. JK’s report encapsulated the present position and as landlords we readily accepted the fact that this was, because of the fall in demand, somewhat of a tenants market. However, arising out of that report JK entered negotiations on our behalf and fairly quickly concluded a deal which we considered to be fair and reasonable for both sides. The process for us has been long, drawn-out and expensive because of the reluctance or recalcitrance of the tenant. We are however very happy with the result and manner in which JK Property Consultants approached and concluded a fair and effective deal which protected the worth of our investment for the next several years.
When we have further professional work requiring expert reports we would instruct JK Property Consultants Again.

I am writing to formally thank Kevan and yourself for the intensive support you gave us during our recent office move. From the very start of the process, you took our requirements into account and were very aware of our financial limitations, as we are a local charity. You sent us a range of information about potential sites, accompanied me on visits and then spent a lot of time negotiating a good deal for our organisation.
