I am writing to formally thank Kevan and yourself for the intensive support you gave us during our recent office move. From the very start of the process, you took our requirements into account and were very aware of our financial limitations, as we are a local charity. You sent us a range of information about potential sites, accompanied me on visits and then spent a lot of time negotiating a good deal for our organisation.
As a ‘property virgin’, I felt you were always on my side and managed to get us an excellent deal in our new premises. You spent a lot of time on the phone, in emails and chasing up the landlord, his agent and his solicitor in order to hammer out all the detail and achieve a good result for us.
