New Office for Renewable Energy Services
JK acting for Renewable Energy Services (RES) has completed a lease of about 3,000 square feet on the first floor at Maingate, Gateshead. RES part of the Sir Robert McAlpine Group are rapidly expanding in the renewable energy market and have doubled their office size, relocating from service office accommodation. The lease for ten years with a five year break at a headline rent of £13.50 per square foot had the benefit of incentives for taking the lease, repair and fit out.
