Askew Road Sold to Network Rail

Part of the site at Askew Road has been sold by JK to Network Rail for offices and depot. JK managed the team to secure a hybrid planning application for Network Rail and for client 3R Land and Property Limited in outline for a 138-bed hotel, restaurant 150 car spaces and 10,000 square feet of offices.


The Network Rail site was sold for equivalent to £300,000 per acre for depot and office use comprising 20,000 square feet.
The remainder of the site is to be offered in the market by JK with joint agent Knight Frank and particulars will be available at the end of the month. 3R are seeking occupiers; joint venture partner to carryout development; or will consider an outright sale.
